On Saturday 18 September at 10.15 am in the Market, which is in the Old Mill Site at Lobethal, the Lobethal Tapestry Weavers will be officially handing the Lobethal Tapestry over to the local community as represented by the Lobethal Community Association.
You are invited to join us to witness the occasion and share morning tea or coffee with us.
While in Lobethal we hope you will enjoy some of its other attractions The Lobethal Heritage Association’s collection of weaving machinery in building 26 will be open for inspection. (see Brian Brock for directions). The Lobethal Archives and Historical Museum will open at your request. (see Rose Kay 8389 6825 for an appointment). The Fairyland Village just 500 metres along the Adelaide Road in the direction of Lenswood is open to entertain the younger set. Don’t forget to return to the Café de Mill to buy a scrumptious lunch. |
