The Hotel Flinders was first established in 1878 and known originally as the Mackay's Family Hotel, and after a few name changes the hotel has been known by its current name since 1935. From the outside the hotel shows all the character of a fine old country pub, upon stepping inside the surprises begin. Recently renovated the Hotel Flinders provides all the necessaties of the time whilst still retaining the warmth and charm of a fine country hotel motel. The Hotel Flinders offers a range of accommodation options. For the tourists we have backpacker accommodation, we have renovated budget priced units and renovated old style hotel rooms. All accommodation is self-contained and caters for a single person up to family rooms accommodating 5 people. A great place to stay whilst visiting the Flinders and Spencer Gulf region. The Hotel Flinders boasts quality and affordable dining with our Italian Restaurant “ Cena on Chapel” , which delivers the highest quality food and service. The Saloon bar is a great place to unwind with comfortable leather couches and relaxed décor.
